The process of which this video installation forms part, probes the relationship of the artist with Buenaventura, exploring sensations, elusive temporalities and premonitions of the intimacy that these images bring forth.

The afternoon that beats gently is a temporality of feeling. The silence of the documentary portraits invites an intimate experience with being in an ethical relation. One cannot look at the face of another without compromising the self.
